Any problem we face today (…) relates to the field of education. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.

"Any shortcomings that we see today in all spheres, (…) what gaps we see, if we go after those gaps, we will see that we are dealing with the issue of education. This is the issue of the issues; that is, there is education and there are other issues.

In our view, education is a lifelong process that does not end with any university. But in the future it may not be possible to fill in the gaps caused by school education. We have a serious problem. We are not talking about that, but the 2019 research shows that lack of knowledge is returning to our society in a crawling way. Lack of knowledge is expressed in all spheres of our life," the Armenian PM added, in particular.
