Turkish and Russian presidents Tayyip Erdogan and Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in Ukraine by phone, the office of the Turkish leader said.
"President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. During the talks, they discussed the exchange of detainees that took place yesterday in Turkey, as well as events related to... Ukraine," the office reported.
