Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan paid a working visit to one of the military units located in the south of the country on Friday, the press service of the Defense Ministry reported.

The Defense Minister familiarized himself with the construction and renovation works in the unit, as well as living conditions created for the military servicemen.

Suren Papikyan also visited military positions, got acquainted with the conditions of being on combat duty, and had a talk with the servicemen.

Defense Minister paid particular attention to security issues and technical equipment of combat positions and infrastructures, gave corresponding instructions and orders.
