Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that he plans to hold a telephonic conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin this week.
"I plan to hold talks with Mr. Putin this week," Erdogan told reporters.
Also, he expressed hope that concrete steps will be taken either in Ankara or Istanbul to resolve the situation in Ukraine.
