The Artsakh Republic will hold a minute of silence on Monday at 11:00 am in memory of those killed in the Great Patriotic War, the first Artsakh war, the April and 44-day wars fighting for homeland, the information center of Artsakh informs.
"We ask everyone, regardless of their location, to stand and pay tribute to the victims."
