The son of the brother of the third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, Hayk Sargsyan, was arrested as part of a criminal case initiated on the fact of organizing and participating in mass riots.
"Yes, he was arrested for a two-month period, the petition was granted today," Vardan Tadevosyan, spokesman for the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The criminal case was initiated by the Investigative Committee.
