YEREVAN. – Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, on Friday received a delegation led by Toivo Klaar, the European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed matters related to the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, within the framework of which Grigoryan lauded the EU's role, the Office of the Security Council informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The parties paid special attention to the existing humanitarian issues; in particular, the returning of all Armenian prisoners of war and other detainees in Azerbaijan.
