A rally of the Resistance Movement takes place on France Square in Yerevan.

The ruling Civil Contract party disrupted an extraordinary session of the National Assembly convened by the parliamentary opposition represented by opposition blocs Armenia and I Have Honor on Friday, as announced in advance.

The fact is that the opposition has enough votes to convene extraordinary sessions, but not to ensure a quorum. Therefore, the opposition requires the presence of deputies from the ruling party, which has an absolute majority of seats in parliament. So far, only 33 out of 107 deputies have registered. Formally, it will take 4 hours to get a final breakdown of the session.

The parliamentary opposition prepared a draft statement of the National Assembly on Armenian-Azerbaijani and Armenian-Turkish relations.
