The march of the Resistance Movement began Saturday from France Square in Yerevan.

Ishkhan Saghatelyan, vice-speaker of the Armenian parliament from the opposition, said that the participants of the procession along Mashtots Avenue will go towards government dachas, and then return to France Square.

The parliamentary factions of the opposition Armenia and I have the honor blocs initiated a special meeting of the parliament, on the agenda of which was a draft statement on Armenian-Azerbaijani and Armenian-Turkish relations. However, deputies from the ruling party Civil Contract did not appear at the meeting, and thus it was disrupted.

After that, the opposition deputies returned to France Square in Yerevan, from where, together with the protesters, they went to the government building, where they blocked all entrances. After about 3 hours, the participants of the action went to the government dachas.

There was a clash between police and protesters. Law enforcement officers used brute force, as well as special equipment. As a result of these actions, there are victims, and on both sides. Some of them are in hospitals.
