Armenia and Azerbaijan currently have an opportunity to advance in the process of normalization of relations, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Karen Donfried said, TASS reported.
Speaking at a briefing for foreign journalists, Donfried said that she believes that there is hope for a favorable opportunity for Azerbaijan and Armenia to move forward in normalizing relations and finding a peaceful resolution to the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
