US Ambassador Lynne Tracy came to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia Thursday, ahead of Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov's visit. We learn about this from the Facebook page of opposition MP Agnesa Khamoyan.

"Let me recall that we have a clear message to convey to high-ranking guests arriving in Armenia: these [Armenian] authorities do not have a mandate to negotiate on behalf of the Armenian people, to lead the Armenian people to new concessions," Khamoyan said, in particular.

As can be seen in the video posted by Khamoyan, the police have concentrated a large number of forces near the MFA building.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Yerevan Wednesday on an official visit.
