The participants of Armenia’s opposition Resistance Movement marched from France Square—in downtown Yerevan—to Marshal Baghramyan Avenue, but were unable to reach the building of the presidential office—where a regular meeting of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers is taking place—as a large number of police have blocked the avenue, in several rows.

Opposition MP Gegham Manukyan said: "What [PM] Nikol [Pashinyan] promises has no legitimacy. He has no right and is not able to make promises and statements on behalf of Armenia, Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], and the Armenians of Artsakh.”

According to Manukyan, the incumbent Armenian authorities have been talking for 1.5 years about reforms in the army, but have not done anything in this regard.

The protesters started chanting, "Armenia without Nikol!"
