Together with deputies from [opposition] "Armenia" Faction Anna Grigoryan, Aram Vardevanyan and Gegham Manukyan we held a meeting with the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor of the US State Department Ms. Kara C. McDonald. Taguhi Tovmasyan, an MP of the opposition "With Honor" Faction in the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia and Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs, wrote this on Facebook Monday morning.

“The subject of discussion was the recent events taking place in Armenia and the situation of the protection of human rights in Armenia nowadays. We expressed mutual readiness for further cooperation,” Tovmasyan added.
