The driver of the car that went onto the tents at France Square in downtown Yerevan early Tuesday morning, and the two passengers of this vehicle have been taken to a police station.

"The police on duty on location chased and brought to a police station three people in a Mercedes-model car. Materials are being prepared," the Police press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

As reported earlier, opposition MP Anna Mkrtchyan told a live broadcast on Facebook that early in the morning someone managed to break the chain of many policemen and special police forces and drive onto a tent at France Square.
