At its Cabinet meeting Friday, the government of Armenia decided to dismiss Aram Tananyan from the post of Customs Attaché under the Armenian Embassy in Russia.

It is not known what the reason for Tananyan’s dismissal is, as this matter was on the list of unreported government matters.

Tananyan was appointed Armenia's customs attaché at the Upper Lars checkpoint—on the Russian-Georgian border—on January 30, 2020.
