The multipolarity of the world in modern conditions is inevitable, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Komsomolskaya Pravda reported.
"It is not sympathetic, it is inevitable. When someone tries to freeze relations at the level of 30 years - I said that people do not understand it. Movement is inevitable - new centers of power are emerging. But some people don't like this, and they don't like China's growing power. In terms of economic volume, China has become the number one economy in the world, and this is a fact," said the President of Russia.
