Turkey's Ministry of National Defense said it had reached agreement in Moscow on the need for quadrilateral talks to resolve the "grain problem."

In this context, a military delegation of the Ministry of National Defense arrived in Russia yesterday to discuss issues such as resolving the food crisis, the evacuation of merchant ships with grain waiting in Ukrainian ports and the safe transportation of aircraft belonging to the Turkish Armed Forces waiting at Borispol airport to Turkey. At the meeting, where the evacuation of cargo ships with grain from Ukrainian ports was discussed, it became known that an agreement was reached on the need for negotiations between Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN to solve the problem," RIA Novosti reported.
