BAKU. – A 21-year-old resident of Azerbaijani Bulagotakh village Rasmiya Zeynalova axed 41-year-old Telran Garaev.
The murder took place after a quarrel: the girl chopped the man’s head, said Azerbaijani Bizimyol newspaper.
A criminal case on Article 120.1 has been filed into the case.
