Hearings, on the topic of "Establishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: Importance of Civil Oversight," are being held Tuesday at the Sessions’ Hall of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia.

These hearings have been launched by the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security—and under the chairmanship of Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the ruling majority "Civil Contract" Faction in the NA, and chair of this committee.

Kocharyan, as well as the Minister of Justice of Armenia, Karen Andreasyan, will keynote at these hearings.
