By order of defense minister Suren Papikyan, Aram Torosyan has been appointed Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia. Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned about this from the MOD press service.

Torosyan was born in1993 in Nerkin Bazmaberd village of Aragatsotn Province.

Prior to his new appointment, he worked as director of the Matenadaran-Gandzasar Scientific and Cultural Center.

He has been awarded with the "Gratitude" medal and the "Karabakh Movement 25" commemorative medal Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

He has no party affiliation.

Aram Torosyan is married and has one child.
