President Vahagn Khachaturyan of Armenia on Wednesday congratulated President Milo Dukanovic of Montenegro on the latter’s Statehood Day.

In the congratulatory message, the President noted in particular that Armenia attaches importance to the deepening and strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation and friendly ties with Montenegro—and based on shared values.

Khachaturyan added that he fully hopes that with joint efforts they will contribute to the continued development of relations between Armenia and Montenegro—both on bilateral and multilateral platforms.
