The military delegations of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN delegation began negotiations on the settlement of the grain issue in Istanbul, the authorities did not disclose the location of the meeting, it is closed to the press, RIA Novosti reported.

Earlier, a diplomatic source said there were high hopes for consensus at today's meeting. According to him, the talks take into account both the concerns of Moscow and the existence of sanctions in the insurance, logistics and banking spheres for the export of Russian agricultural products.
