The Russian Defense Ministry has presented proposals on the export of grain from the Black Sea ports at quadrilateral talks with Ukraine and the UN in Istanbul.
Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, an official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, told reporters on Wednesday that the Russian delegation prepared and submitted for consideration a package of proposals for the soonest practical solution of this issue.
