"The negotiations have ended," a source participating in the delegation told RIA Novosti.

Earlier, a diplomatic source said hopes for consensus in today's meeting were high. According to him, the talks take into account both Moscow's concerns and the existence of sanctions in the insurance, logistics and banking sectors for the export of Russian agricultural products.
