YEREVAN. – At around 10:25am on Thursday, mandatory conscript soldier, Private Arsen Manukyan (born in 2003) was found dead in the combat position of a military unit located in an easterly direction of Armenia—and with a gunshot wound to the head.
The Ministry of Defense of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that an investigation is being conducted to fully ascertain the circumstances behind this incident.
