The meeting between Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov has started in Tbilisi—and it is hosted by Foreign Minister of Georgia Ilia Darchiashvili. Armenian foreign ministry spokesman Vahan Hunanyan informed this on Facebook.
This is the first bilateral meeting between Mirzoyan and Bayramov.
