A document on energy security has been signed between the European Union and Azerbaijan.
The document was signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, APA reported.
Thus, the EU demonstrated its double standards, turning a blind eye to the heinous crimes committed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh and Armenia.
