A number of colleagues and citizens have suggested postponing Thursday's rally, considering the unprecedented hot weather expected in the coming days. Ishkhan Saghatelyan, an opposition MP, a member of the Supreme Body of the opposition Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party of Armenia, and coordinator of the opposition Resistance Movement, wrote this on Facebook.
"We have discussed that suggestion, and decided to move the rally to next Friday, July 29. At the same time, we continue the organizational work aimed at expanding the movement, and closely follow all political developments. If there will be an urgent need to assemble, we will inform immediately. We meet on July 29, Friday, at 19:30, at France Square [in downtown Yerevan]," Saghatelyan added.
