Israel will not dare to attack Iran, an Iranian foreign ministry spokesman said, Tasnim reported.

“The Zionist regime’s recent threats are just psychological warfare and this regime has neither the courage nor the capability to confront Iran militarily,” Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kan’ani said.

He noted that Iran would respond strongly to any Israeli "idiocy." “Iran’s response to any idiocy committed by the Zionist regime would be destructive,” Kan'ani said.

Earlier, Israeli army commander Aviv Kochavi said that Israel's "moral obligation" is to prepare a military response to Iran's nuclear program, adding that such preparation is "at the center" of military preparations.
