Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are holding a bilateral meeting in Tehran, Mehr reported.
The Russian and Turkish presidents are in Tehran to attend the 7th meeting of the guarantor states of the Astana format peace process in Syria.
On Tuesday afternoon, Putin and Erdogan held separate talks with their Iranian counterpart Ebrahim Raisi and Iran's spiritual leader Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei.
