Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to President-elect Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego of Colombia on the latter’s of Independence Day anniversary.
“I am confident that through joint efforts we will reach a new level of cooperation for the welfare and prosperity of our friendly states,” the message reads, in particular.
