Rovshan Najaf was dismissed from the post of First Vice President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan SOCAR.
An order to that effect was signed by President Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani media reported.
By another order of the president, Rovshan Najaf was appointed president of the State Oil Company.
