President Vahagn Khachaturyan of Armenia on Sunday sent a congratulatory message to the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on his 65th birthday.
"I am full of hope that with joint efforts, we will further expand and strengthen Armenian-Uzbek relations—for the benefit of our peoples," the message reads, in particular.
