Hungary decided on Saturday to narrow the pool of eligible fuels at fixed prices and free up a quarter of the country's strategic fuel reserves to ensure supply security, Hungarian Prime Minister's chief of staff Gergely Gulyás said, Reuters reported.
Gulyás said the measure, which would limit the right to receive gasoline and diesel fuel at fixed prices to private cars, agricultural vehicles and taxis, was necessary as the Hungarian oil and gas group MOL's main refinery is under renovation.
