The sides discussed the recent regional developments and the Syrian unrest, Cihan agency reports.
The officials talked on the phone, when the rumors had it the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) leader Murat Karayilan was captured by Iranian intelligence, Turkish mass media reports.
