The court, presided by Mnatsakan Martirosyan, decided today to replace the arrest of former Prosecutor General and former head of the Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan with a 100-million-dram bail.
As previously reported, Hovsepyan's lawyers petitioned for an extraordinary session on the preventive measure due to Hovsepian's condition.
