Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has instructed all Armenian diplomatic and consular representations abroad to open book of condolences as Armenia is mourning those killed in the August 14 market explosion in Yerevan, foreign ministry spokesperson Vahan Hunanyan told Armenpress.
Days of mourning have been declared on Wednesday and Thursday in Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), in memory of those who died as a result of the powerful blast at the Surmalu shopping market in Yerevan.
