Today the fates of Armenia and Karabakh are being decided where their representatives simply do not exist, the former Prime Minister of Armenia, ex-Speaker of the Armenian parliament Khosrov Harutyunyan told journalists today, commenting on the situation around Karabakh.
He particularly wondered how this could be counteracted. In the opinion of the former head of the National Assembly, Armenia, as its neighbor Azerbaijan does, should seriously start restoring the combat efficiency of its army.
"Azerbaijan, which won the war, used all its potential to restore the losses suffered by the army. And what have the Armenian authorities done? They not only destroyed what was left, but also diverted all financial flows to the police. That is, the goal of the current government is to retain its power at any cost. There are officers and generals in the same police force. The title of general or officer is a mission, not just a position. Do we have this understood or not? People get a bonus every week and obediently perform the task assigned to them," Harutyunyan said.
