Armenian citizens staying in Russia must undergo dactyloscopic registration and photographing, the Armenian Migration Service said in a message posted on the Facebook page.

"Attention! RA citizens who:

-were on the territory of Russia until December 29, 2021 and still have not crossed the Russian border;

-were staying in the Russian Federation for the purpose of deployment of non-working activities for more than 90 days;

-stay in the Russian Federation for the purpose of deployment of labor activity, regardless of the period of stay;

-do not have a temporary residence permit (temporary residence permit), residence permit or citizenship, and before January 10, 2023 must submit to fingerprinting (fingerprint registration) and photographing.

This requirement is established by the federal law of 14 July 2022, № 357-F3 "On the legal status of foreign nationals in the Russian Federation" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation ", says the message.
