The next meeting of the state border delimitation and border security joint commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan is scheduled for August 30. Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned about this from the office of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan of Armenia.
This meeting is planned to take place in Moscow, but its agenda is not known yet.
This meeting between these commissions will be the second one. The first meeting of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Mher Grigoryan and Shahin Mustafayev, took place on May 24, at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border in Yeraskh.
On May 23, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia signed a decision on setting up an Armenian commission on border security and delimitation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The chairman of this commission is Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.
