In connection with the fire and explosion in Stepanakert, four residents of the city were detained (two of the four detainees were born in 1986, one was born in 1955 and one was born in 1998), the emergency service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reported.

Today, about 1:30 p.m., a fire broke out in Stepanakert. As a result of the fire and explosion of illegally stored ammunition in the warehouse, the workshops, structures and property inside the warehouse were damaged.
