Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson at a joint press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that the kingdom will continue to support Kyiv, the Swedish portal Sydsvenskan reports.

The country is ready to give Ukraine a new aid package worth 1 billion crowns (about $100 million), half of which will be military support, she said.

Sweden will continue to be a close friend and supporter of Ukraine. A new support package worth one billion crowns will be launched. 500 million crowns will go to military support. An official decision will be made soon, Andersson said.
