At 11:57am on Tuesday, the Shirak provincial crisis management center was informed that an explosion was heard at a Gyumri intersection, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to preliminary data, a fire broke out in the area of the defunct textile factory; grassland and garbage are burning.
The fire was contained at 12:38pm.
