President of the European Council, Charles Michel, on Tuesday had telephonic conversations with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia and President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan.
“Preparatory calls today in advance of tomorrow’s fourth Brussels meeting with azpresident [Aliyev] and [Armenian] PM Nikol Pashinyan,” Michel wrote on Twitter.
