Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on a Washington Post article about Iranian drone deliveries to Russia, said that the publication has been publishing a lot of junk news lately.
"The Washington Post, unfortunately, has been publishing a lot of junk information lately. As for our relations with Iran, you know, they are developing dynamically, they were developing before, they are developing now and will continue to develop," he told reporters, RIA Novosti reported.
In July, Jake Sullivan, national security adviser to the U.S. President, announced that he had information about negotiations concerning the delivery of unmanned aerial vehicles to Russia by Iran.
