According to Armenian News-NEWS.am’s information, a criminal charge has been brought against Mikayel Arzumanyan, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) ex-Defense Minister, Defense Army former Commander, and Chief Adviser to the Artsakh President.

He has been charged with careless attitude towards official duties, which has negligently caused serious consequences.

Earlier we reported that Arzumanyan was detained.

In this regard, Politik.am had reported that Arzumanyan was apprehended on the way from Artsakh to the Armenian capital Yerevan.
