As noted in the message of the company, the operator decommissioned all rolling stock and spare parts associated with Allegro trains. The total amount of all trains was €45.4 million. The write-off was made in the first half of 2022.

Earlier trains of this class were used to travel between the capital of Finland, Helsinki, and St. Petersburg. And on March 28, VR announced the termination of railway communication with Russia, since the operation of these trains is impractical due to sanctions against the Russian Federation.
