Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that by a majority vote, the EU decided to terminate the agreement with Russia on a simplified visa regime.
"At the same time, the European Union will terminate the agreement with Russia on a simplified visa regime, there is a sufficient majority of member states for this, it became clear from today's speeches. But the point is that there will be no general visa ban for Russians," Szijjarto said.
