Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to Armenia Tatjana Panajotovic Cvetkovic.

According to the press service of the Defense Ministry, during the meeting a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation in defense sphere were discussed.

Suren Papikyan stressed the importance of cooperation with Serbia, in particular, in the military-technical sphere. In her turn, Ambassador Tatjana Panajotovic Cvetkovic reaffirmed the readiness of the Serbian side to develop the cooperation with Armenia.

The sides also discussed regional and international security issues, including the developments around Kosovo, the situation in Armenia's border regions and Artsakh.
