The finance ministers of the Group of Seven (G7) countries are planning to introduce a ceiling on the price of oil and petroleum products of Russian origin, they confirmed in a joint statement on Friday, Reuters reports.
The initial price cap will be based on a number of technical factors and the price level will be reviewed as needed, the ministers said.
